OTHER RENOVATION NEWS
A comprehensive revitalization at Hyatt Regency Houston will include the
transformation of all 960 guestrooms, plus an expanded high-tech meeting space
and Shula’s Steakhouse.
Oystercatchers Restaurant at Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay has completed a
renovation of the entire restaurant space and kitchen, including a wood-burning
grill and display kitchen, plus a small beach area and outdoor patio deck for dining.
The renovation of 366 guestrooms and suites at Hyatt Regency Lexington will
include the Hyatt Grand Bed, new furniture and bedding, new guest bathrooms,
32-inch flat-screen HDTVs and the iHome MP3-player docking station.
350 guestrooms and suites at Hyatt Regency Philadelphia have undergone upgrades,
including new carpeting and wall coverings, plus modern accents such as
floor-to-ceiling headboards, new artwork and flat-screen televisions.
At Grand Hyatt San Francisco, eco-conscious design will meet contemporary flair
in a renovation of all 685 guestrooms and suites.
Beginning in fall 2008, Hyatt Regency St. Louis Riverfront will undergo a
complete renovation to include the Hyatt Grand Bed and the latest technology in
all guestrooms and suites, a new 24-hour StayFit@Hyatt fitness center and
upgraded meeting space.
Also in fall 2008, Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress begins a rejuvenation of all 750
guestrooms and suites, updates to 65,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a redesign
of the hotel lobby, restaurants and bars and the addition of a full-service
spa.
